Copies of the staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business referred to on this agenda are on file at the following locations on the Friday preceding the Planning Commission meeting date:

• Simi Valley Planning Division (2929 Tapo Canyon Road) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Simi Valley Public Library (2969 Tapo Canyon Road), during their normal business hours
