Planning A Special Event? Think Simi Valley Senior Center. The Simi Valley Senior Center is an attractive venue to hold weddings, birthday parties, meetings and special events. Rooms are available during weekday evening hours and on weekends when the facility is not in use. Tables, chairs and set-up are included in the reasonable rental rates. Liability insurance and security deposits are required, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Reduced rates apply to Simi Valley non-profit organizations. Multi-Purpose (Room 116)

The Multi-purpose Room (MPR) is the largest of the rooms available for rent. This room is perfect for wedding receptions, classes, meetings, and parties. A beautiful oak floor makes this room ideal for events that include dancing. A full kitchen is available for events where food will be served. The MPR measures approximately 50 x 58 feet and can seat approximately 145 people at five foot round tables or 200 people in theatre style seating.

Patio (100)

Patio The Patio area is available for rent with the Multi-purpose Room (MPR) only. This open air, atrium style courtyard provides overflow space for larger events and creates a wonderful indoor/outdoor setting. The Patio measures approximately 58 x 60 feet and has patio furniture to seat approximately 40 people. Note: Available during daylight hours only.

Arts and Crafts (AB) (Room 123)

The Arts and Crafts Room is perfect for classes or meetings. The Arts and Crafts Room measures approximately 25 x 35 feet and can seat approximately 36 people at 5' rectangular tables

Conference Room (Room 122)

Senior Center Room 122 The Conference Room measures approximately 14 x 27 feet and can seat 20 people at a large oval meeting table.

Conference Room (Room 105)

The Conference Room measures approximately 10'W x 20'L x 15'W (trapezoid-shaped) and can seat 10 people at an oval meeting table.

Room 106 (Room 106)

Senior Center Room 106 Room 106 measures approximately 15'W x 31'L x 36'W (trapezoid-shaped) and can seat 24 people at 5' rectangular tables or 40 people in theatre style seating. This room can be used in combination with room 107.

Room 107 (Room 107)

Room 107 measures approximately 15'W x 31'L x 36'W (trapezoid-shaped) and can seat 24 people at 5' rectangular tables or 40 in theatre style seating. This room can be used in combination with room 106.

Game Room (Room 108)

Room 108 measures approximately 16'W x 24'L x 26'W (trapezoid shaped) and can seat 24 people at 4' card tables.

Meeting/Games (MTG) Room (Room 120)

Room 120 measures approximately 16 x 20 feet and can seat 20 people at 4' card tables.

Location Details

The Simi Valley Senior Center is conveniently located near City Hall and the Simi Valley Public Library (Map). It is one block north of Alamo Street, west of Tapo Canyon Road.

Parking is available at the North and West (Main Entrance) sides of the building. The North parking lot has 77 parking spaces, 12 of which are handicapped reserved. The Senior Center's West parking lot has 103 parking spaces, 14 of which are handicapped reserved.
