Availability Letter

An Availability Letter may be required to document that City of Simi Valley sewer / water services are available to the property.

To initiate an Availability Letter request, please complete the Request for Availability / Will-Serve form and e-mail it to sanitation@simivalley.org.

Will-Serve Letter

A Will-Serve Letter provides assurance that the City of Simi Valley will provide sewer / water services, under specified conditions, to a property. In order to receive a Will-Serve Letter, Connection Fees must be paid. Generally, a Will-Serve Letter is required for a property owner to obtain a Building Permit from the property's land use jurisdiction (this could be either the City of Simi Valley or the County of Ventura).

To initiate a Will-Serve Letter request, please complete the Request for Availability / Will-Serve form and e-mail it to sanitation@simivalley.org.

Whenever requesting information, please provide your contact information: your name, phone number / e-mail address, and street address or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) of the property location for which you are seeking sewer/water services. Our staff will respond promptly.
